PDX_MSGT qif_QIFToGDX(long option, const char *qifFileName, int gdxModel)

Purpose

Map QIF geometry, topology and PMI to GDX

Description

The specified qifFileName will be processed using the expat xml parser. QIF geometry, topology and PMI data will be mapped to GDX.
