Purpose

Sets the linear approximation 3D segment start point indicator

Description

Sets the 3D point segment start point indicator to indicate the start of a new 3D linear approximation point segment for the current GDX linear approximation workspace. No error checking is performed and it is assumed that a workspace is currently allocated.
