Purpose

Increments the number of GDX linear approximation points in the currrent GDX linear approximation workspace

Description

Increments the count of linear approximation points created in the current GDX linear approximation workspace. No error checking is performed and it is assumed that a workspace is currently allocated the values of the linear approximation point have been set (See gdx_SetApprox3DPnt).
