PDX_MSGT gdx_GetOtherSeamCurve(long option, MDA_PTR gdx_crv_ptr, MDA_PTR gdx_srf_ptr)

Purpose

Given a uv_curve on a seam going in the wrong direction, move the curve to the opposite parameter boundary.
