Purpose

Adds a facet edge break point to the current GDX linear approximation workspace

Description

Adds a facet edge break point to the linear approximation workspace. The facet edge break point is the indication where the previously added linear approximation facet edges should stop to indicate the end of a poly-facet approximation segment. The break_pnt_ndx is the linear approximation facet edge count at which a new linear approximation poly-facet segment should start. No error checking is performed and it is assumed that a workspace is currently allocated and the GDX linear approximation facet edges have been added.
