Problem reporting and tracking
ITI's CADIQ development team employs the use of the Footprints Customer Management commercial software product. If you already have a login and password, please proceed to the CADIQ Footprints Access site.
Within Footprints, you have full capabilities to create and manage any enhancement requests or issues regarding your use of CADIQ. If you have not been assigned login information, please contact our CADIQ support team and we can create login information for you.
ITI ships a new major release of the CADIQ software annually around mid-May. All maintenance-paying customers are sent a link to download this software update.
In addition to the annual major release, ITI also ships minor releases (mainly containing bug fixes) on a monthly basis. Notifications for minor releases are NOT automatically sent to all maintenance-paying customers; however, any customer on maintenance can contact the ITI Support team to request the latest minor release or to be put on a list for notification of future minor releases.
