Although some dimensions are created as non-associative in source drawings, DrawtoPMI creates them as 3D PMI entities.
The model shown here had dimensions that were non-associative in the 2D drawing. These dimensions are still preserved as 3D FT&A, but are noted with a darkened color to alert the user. The user can choose to keep the dimensions as they are, or re-link the dimensions to appropriate geometry for automatic updates.
