International TechneGroup Incorporated (ITI) was founded in 1983 by the late Dr. Jason Lemon. . ITI is the leader in Product Data Interoperability, Reliability and New Product Development Productivity, with over 150+ years of combined management experience in planning, developing and delivering product development and engineering solutions.

Michael Lemon
Chairman and CEO, International TechneGroup, Inc.

Having been with ITI since its inception in 1983, Mike has held several positions and has provided technical leadership to many ITI NPD and Data Integration projects. Working in the area of New Product Development Productivity and Technical Data Interchange over several years, he has been responsible for NPD Improvement as measured by Time to Cash and Cost Engineering Change.

Previous roles included leading ITI's Virtual Product Development Group, where Mike and team developed processes for producing "high tech" and high impact deliverables for major ITI Global clients and affiliates. This involved aligning engineering process with engineering collaboration technology to facilitate global product development teams . Today, as Chairman of the Board, Mike spends his time building strategic partnerships and global business development opportunities.

While majoring in Economics at University of Cincinnati,, Mike worked also for SDRC, Structural Dynamics Research Corporation in Marketing Services and then CAE Systems Management for SDRC/CAE International.

Tom Gregory
Executive Vice President, CFO and COO, International TechneGroup, Inc.

Tom has been with ITI since 1998 and has a diversified background in finance, accounting and operations including small private company and large public company experience. While with publicly traded companies he has participated in an IPO, a secondary offering, has managed credit lines in excess of $175 million, and been involved in 15 acquisitions. While with privately held companies Tom has led four acquisitions and arranged for or refinanced $20 million of secured funding. Tom has been chair of ITI's operating management board prior to this position.

Enrico Bergamasco
President, ITI Reliability Business

Enrico graduated in Mechanical & Nuclear Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino in 1978 and went on to work for CRF (Fiat Research Center) and Fiat TTG (Gas Turbines) in engineering and manufacturing. In 1981 Enrico joined AIC, a Torino based software house, to develop and manage consulting and software services for engineering and manufacturing applications, where he became CEO and a major shareholder with the objective of growing the company with a focus on the manufacturing sector. AIC was sold to Capgemini and in 1991 was merged with other acquired companies.

After Enrico received a Masters in Business Administration at IMD in Lausanne in 1992 he began to do work in the United States for ITI.
In 1993 he started ITI Italia to focus on Product Development process consulting and system integration services to the Fiat Group, and soon was appointed General Manager of ITI Europe.

In 2001 Enrico joined Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as Senior Business Development VP in the Manufacturing Sector with the specific objective to grow the Product Lifecycle Management practice, before returning to ITI in 2006 as Vice President of Global Business Development and from 2009, Executive Vice President for NPD Consulting.

Don Hemmelgarn
President, ITI TranscenData Business

Don's responsibilities include managing the company's business operations and interests throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, and partnerships with major PLM providers including Siemens PLM, Dassault Systemes, and PTC. Since joining ITI in 1984, Don has been instrumental in ITI's transformation from a software development organization to the world's leading provider of product data interoperability solutions.

In addition to his duties at ITI TranscenData, Don serves as an Officer and Executive Committee member of the PDES Inc. Executive Board, and formerly served as a longstanding member of the board of directors for the US Product Data Association.

Tom Makoski
Vice President, ITI TranscenData PLM Integration Business

Tom started his career as a software engineer developing mechanical CAD (MCAD) translators for ITI. After a number of years, Tom joined SDRC as a project/product manager for several I-DEAS data management solutions. Tom has also enjoyed a short stint as an entrepreneur working with MCAD and ECAD vendors, and a select group of manufacturing organizations, to improve their ability to exchange key information between the ECAD and MCAD domains. Tom returned to ITI in May of 2000 to head up the Sales and Marketing effort for the newly formed TranscenData business. In his current role at ITI TranscenData, Tom manages the PLM Integration business unit, which encompasses the development and delivery of related implementation services for MCAD/PLM and PLM/ERP integrations.

Dr. Geoffrey Butlin
Chairman and CEO, TranscenData Europe Ltd.

Dr. Butlin gained a BSc Civil Engineering from Birmingham University in 1963 and a PhD, from Cambridge University in 1966. From 1966 to 1978, Dr. Butlin held various academic research positions, including research fellow in Cambridge University Engineering Department, a visiting research worker in MIT and a visiting lecturer in SINTEF in Trondheim, Norway, pioneering, what today has become known as Computer Aided Engineering (CAE).

As the Assistant Director of Research in the Engineering Department of Leicester University, England, Dr. Butlin established foundation software for interactive graphics applications in engineering leading a 20 strong team researching geometry representation, computer graphics, data structuring and structural re-analysis.

In 1978 Dr. Butlin founded FEGS Limited where he developed and built a market for the FAM, Field Analysis Modeler software package and pioneered parallel FEA. In 1996 Dr. Butlin brought the CAD data exchange software product, CADfix, to market. In 1998 he sold FEGS to International TechneGroup Incorporated and has since been the Chairman and CEO for TranscenData Europe Limited.

Alex Tsechansky
General Manager, ITI Proficiency, Ltd.

Mr. Tsechansky is responsible for Proficiency product line and interoperability solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in CAD/CAM/CAE field. Mr. Tsechansky previously headed the development of the next-generation 3D solid modeler for Cimatron, a NASDAQ-traded CAD/CAM company. Prior to Cimatron, he developed customer tied CAM applications for APEX, a privately held Russian company.

Mr. Tsechansky holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and computer science from The Moscow Polytechnic Institute.

Rendell Hughes
Vice President and Director, CAD/CAM/CAE Interoperability

With over 25 years of experience in CAD/CAE/CAM/CAT/PDM/PLM/MRP/ERP integration programs, Rendell leads ITI’s CAD/CAM/CAE interoperability practice, which includes products and services around: feature based CAD translation via Proficiency, CAD model validation via CADIQ, intelligent drawing conversion via IGESworks/DXFworks, and enterprise wide data exchange automation via DEXcenter. Rendell also oversees the support of ITI TranscenData’s strong customer base with translators and/or development libraries to rapidly implement world class standards based translation capabilities.

ITI TranscenData is focused on leveraging our client’s investments in technologies, information and models to accelerate upfront product development (including the design supply chain) and accelerate interactions with manufacturing suppliers and customer integrations. Industry spends millions of dollars each year on large scale IT programs, most of which do not impact product development, especially in the early stages of engineering. Our goal is to leverage these investments and move a client forward quickly to achieve unprecedented levels of results.

Rendell's experience includes fourteen years in the aerospace industry with a focus on business development, program management, design and CAD integration. Since 1996 Rendell has been with ITI as a product development manager, executive consultant and practice manager. Rendell earned his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University with an emphasis on advanced stress analysis. Rendell also completed the Lockheed Executive Management Institute program at Emory University in Atlanta and is now working on his MBA from Florida Institute of Technology.
