Leading Development with Simulation & Analysis

As you can see from this chart, the return on investment for Digital Engineering is clearly greater than that of conventional New Product Development processes

ITI's simulation-led product development process, combining Systems Engineering and Analysis Leads Design (SE/ALD™) leverages Computer-Aided Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Testing (CAD, CAE, CAM, CAT) in all phases of product development --- from early concept to detailed component and system design, through prototype testing and production planning. Testing and analyzing CAD models up-front allows numerous designs to be effectively evaluated, at low cost, with the best design selected from the outset. SE/ALD improves product development product and process costs, performance and reliability, while significantly increasing your return on investment.

When it comes to SE/ALD™, ITI will work with your tools, our tools, or recommend technology --- it is NOT about the technology --- our focus is on the process.

Simulation-Led Development goes beyond Digital Engineering to offer the highest Return on Investment

System Through Component for Concept Selection

Cascading Targets

SE/ALD begins with cascading targets from a system to subsystem to component level. CAD models are constructed and validated by simulation and field-testing. Models are refined as product specifications are fixed and design work begins. Analysis results and data are used to drive key decisions throughout the process. SE/ALD addresses analytically the questions of design trade off at the system level of product development to generate a coherent set of sub-system design targets.
